At TACTICITY PTY LIMITED, we back the strength and performance of every glove we produce. Our commitment is to provide trade professionals with high-durability disposable nitrile gloves engineered for demanding work environments — without compromise.
TradieTough Gloves are guaranteed to outlast any comparable disposable nitrile glove sold in the Australian and New Zealand retail trade market when used under intended and proper conditions.
If your gloves fail to perform to this standard, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund under the terms below.
TradieTough Gloves are designed and tested for performance across a range of trade and professional environments, including:
- Automotive and heavy-vehicle maintenance (including truck and diesel repair)
- Plumbing, waterproofing, and general construction work
- Tattooing, beauty, and cosmetic procedures
- Law enforcement and border inspection duties
- General manufacturing, warehousing, and maintenance
Note: For chemical-plant or laboratory use, TradieTough Gloves may be suitable for short-term or light-contact exposure only. Customers in these industries should consult TACTICITY PTY LIMITED prior to purchase for chemical-compatibility advice.
This guarantee covers manufacturing defects or material faults that occur during the normal storage and intended single-use of TradieTough Gloves. It does not cover damage or wear resulting from user handling, environmental factors, or extended use.
This guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, or exposure to chemicals beyond rated resistance levels.
- Gloves subjected to prolonged chemical contact, open flames, or mechanical cutting hazards.
- Reusing disposable gloves beyond their designed single-use purpose.
- Damage from improper storage, heat, or UV exposure.
- Purchases from unauthorised resellers or online grey-market sources.

Provide documentation
Include proof of purchase and photographs of the issue where possible.
Include details
Provide the glove batch number, industry of use, and a brief description of the task or environment.
Each claim will be individually reviewed. Approved claims will receive either a replacement product or a refund of the purchase price, at TACTICITY PTY LIMITED's discretion.
This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which ensures products are of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and as described.
TACTICITY PTY LIMITED reserves the right to amend this guarantee as part of ongoing product improvement and compliance with fair-trading standards.
