Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms of Trade ("Terms") govern all sales of goods and services by TACTICITY PTY LIMITED (ABN: 48690575234), trading as TradieTough ("we", "us", or "our"), to any customer ("you" or "Customer"). By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
- "Goods" means the products supplied by us, including disposable nitrile gloves and related items.
- "Order" means a request for Goods submitted by the Customer.
- "Price" means the amount payable for the Goods as quoted or invoiced.
- "Quotation" means a written or electronic quote provided by us.
All Orders are subject to acceptance by us at our discretion. We reserve the right to decline any Order. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are exclusive of GST and any applicable freight, unless otherwise specified.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required in full prior to dispatch of Goods. Approved account Customers may be offered Net 14 or Net 30 terms at our discretion. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD).
We reserve the right to vary Prices at any time. Orders placed after a Price change will be charged at the prevailing rate. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and we are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. The Customer is responsible for inspecting Goods on receipt and notifying us of any shortage or damage within 48 hours of delivery.
Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. Notwithstanding delivery, title in the Goods remains with us until full payment has been received. Until title passes, the Customer holds the Goods as bailee and must store them separately and clearly identified as our property.
Returns are accepted for Goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as ordered, provided notification is given within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition. This section does not affect any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of these Terms is limited to, at our option, replacing the Goods or refunding the Price paid. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss or damage.
Goods are intended for the applications described in our product specifications. The Customer is responsible for ensuring Goods are suitable for their intended use and must follow all instructions and safety guidelines. We are not liable for loss arising from misuse or use outside recommended applications.
We collect, use, and store personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). Our Privacy Policy is available on request or via our website.
We may amend these Terms at any time. The Terms in effect at the time an Order is placed will govern that Order. We may suspend or terminate supply of Goods at any time if the Customer breaches these Terms or becomes insolvent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
